At Boxvicious, all sales are final. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website.

All items are sold “as is” and are considered final sale.


2. Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if your item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage or defect

If approved, we will offer a replacement item at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds in these cases.


3. Incorrect Shipping Information
Boxvicious is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under this policy.

If a chargeback is filed in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to dispute it with all relevant evidence.
